After ten months of dating, the love story of Anna Elizabeth Delahunty and Jonathan James McGehee reached a beautiful milestone. Jonathan had a surprise in store that would forever change their lives.
“Jonathan and I were headed to brunch or so I thought. On our way to ‘brunch,’ Jonathan stopped by the bay to show me a new spot he had found. We love walking by the bay together and have made it part of our weekly routine. It had just finished pouring rain, so we were the only people out there. We walked down by the water until we approached an area with a large oak tree that had a rock formation underneath it. On the rock was a Bible, and behind it was a black iron cross covered in flowers. He handed me the Bible to show that it had my new name engraved on the bottom right corner.”
