Impact & Give Back: Flourish

Building Confident Futures

Flourish is a non-profit organization in Baldwin County, Alabama, dedicated to serving teen girls from under-resourced communities. Launched in 2020 by founder Natalie Wynn, the organization’s mission is to empower girls aged 13-18 through mentorship, personal growth, and community support. Flourish provides a safe and supportive environment, equipping young women to live with confidence, resilience, and purpose.

At this free community center in Daphne, Flourish offers two core programs. “Empower” workshops, for girls ages 13-18, focus on building self-confidence, mental and physical health, creative arts, and community service projects. For older girls ages 15-18, the “Equip” program helps prepare them for career and educational opportunities. In addition, Flourish partners with local schools to offer “Empower Her,” a 10-week in-school development program.

A key initiative is the “girlie goods” project, providing monthly supplies of toiletries and feminine products to over eight schools and organizations in the area. These efforts are essential in supporting the basic needs of the girls they serve.
