This issue is All About Women, celebrating the strength, resilience, and incredible accomplishments of remarkable local women. We are thrilled to GO PINK in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and excited to introduce our Women of Excellence (WE) segment. WE shines a light on women who are making a difference in the community and in their fields.
In Survivor Stories, we are honored to share the journeys of eight courageous women who have faced breast cancer with grace and determination. Their experiences serve as powerful reminders of hope and underscore the importance of supporting one another during life’s challenges.
We also highlight other women making a difference in our community, including SuperMom Bailey Stitt, Community Leaders Donna Givens, Jennifer Fidler and Frances Holk-Jones as well as Andolyn Fitzgerald, who is featured in People You Should Know. Each of these women is dedicated to uplifting those around them, and their contributions deserve recognition.
Additionally, this issue is packed with exciting events such as the Flourish Fete. We hope you enjoy this issue as much as the team at Social Eastern Shore enjoyed bringing it to life. We are humbled by the community’s support and thankful for the opportunity to share the stories of these amazing local people and organizations.
